The Amazing "ALOE FEROX"
What can this plant do for you?
A Note From the Queen
Dear Subscriber,
My Family and I had a wonderful time hiking at Point Reyes last Saturday. If you have not been, you must go. It is a fairly easy hike through the lush forest, ahead to the tip of the point over looking the ocean.
Last month, the family and I went on our first hike of the year to Feather Falls by Oroville. Did you know Feather Falls is the sixth tallest falls in the United States? My legs, feet, butt, and hips, knew it at the end of the nine mile hike. I can't remember when I have been so sore before.
When I was my daughters age, I recall being so excited the night before a camping trip that I would make myself sick with anticipation. The moment we got to the outdoors I was off exploring. I can now see the same love and excitement of the outdoors in my daughter's eyes.
A Few years ago I had a dream, that changed my life. I dreamt, that I died. I was sad that I had missed doing the things I wanted to do with my family and friends. I let other things get in the way.
I since then have gotten my priorities in order. I am conscious now of when I pass on, I feel I will experience all the memories and feelings of my life all over again, because I will have done all the things I wanted to do with my family, and I will have no regrets.
Classes
This is not a class, I needed somewhere to put this thought.
When I work with clients, I like to take notice if there is a subject that keeps coming up during the day or week. It is sort of like my own barometer for my own life. For example: If I keep hearing clients complaining about their life, I like to ask myself, "Am I complaining about my life? Am I being a victim and not taking responsibility for my actions?"
This shown up like a neon sign on my office wall, I got the message to pass it along.
Your Assertive Rights:
1. You have the right to judge your own behavior, thoughts, and emotions, and take responsibility for your initiation and consequences upon yourself.
2. You have the right to offer no reasons or excuses for justifying your behavior.
3. You have the right to change your mind.
4. You have the right to make mistakes and be responsible for them.
5. You have the right to say, "I don't know."
6. You have the right to be independent of the goodwill of others before coping with them.
7. You have the right to be illogical in making decisions.
8. You have the right to say, "I don't understand."
9. You have the right to say, "I don't care."
10. You have the right to say "no," without feeling guilty.

WHAT'S GOING ON!
In Your Body During Stress?
All of you have heard how stress can affect our thoughts, emotions, health, and overall well being. If stress continues, it can kill us. When we are stressed our bodies go into survival mode; called "fight or flight" our adrenals produce adrenalin which can make us feel like we have energy. We could move that log off our loved one or run away from that bear chasing us. The body is not used to being in a state of stress very often. Just think how often you encounter a situation that your life is threatened and you need to be in survival mode. It is not natural.
During Stress we have an adrenalin outburst, afterwards we feel exhausted, it takes at least twenty minutes for the muscles to relax after a small stress episode. When feeling fatigued after an adrenalin outburst, we might want to take something that will give us energy again. We ingest caffeine, sugar, nicotine or a drug to put ourselves, yet again, in another adrenaline outburst. This keeps your body riding an adrenalin roller coaster. If you keep being stressed repeatedly, then the body never gets a chance to recover.
Let me explain, after the adrenalin outburst, the stress causes the immune system to decline, because it is using adrenaline to keep the body in a hyperactive mode. This is like burning rocket fuel in your car rather than gasoline. You're burning the candle of your life at both ends. And like I said, this is not a natural state for the body to be in. If stress is continued then your body's immune system becomes weak and you will end up getting sick. Your body needs the chance to recover after stress.
There are three stages of stress;
The first stage is shock.
The second stage is "general adaptation syndrome," which is where the body appears to return to normal, but when more stress is added, it has more of a difficult time dealing with it.
Exhaustion is the third stage. At this point, the stress overwhelms the person, and death can occur.
So much of our stress today is psychological such as; watching a scary movie, paying the stack of bills, being involved in a lawsuit, and traveling on a congested freeway filled with traffic.
Physical changes that happen in the body due to stress are:
1. Blood is shunted away from digestive organs and outward to the muscle to insure that we are prepared for action, causing decrease in digestive activity and movement in the intestines.
This means that your food is just sitting in your stomach and colon, not being digested. This can cause heartburn, acid reflux, digestive and eliminatory problems.
2. The heart rate and blood pressure increase to increase the blood flow to the brain and to the limbs.
This can cause headaches, muscle cramping, and swelling.
3. Sugar is released into the blood stream to provide energy for the brain and muscles. Muscles tense for action.
This is why you crave sugar, caffeine or some stimulant after a stressful situation.
4. Blood clotting occurs more rapidly, so the body can prevent blood loss if there are internal or external injuries.
This can cause a heart attack, heart problems, and high blood pressure.
5. The skin becomes less sensitive, as blood withdraws from the skin, so injures will not be felt so acutely. The pupils dilate for increased visual perception.
Maybe this is why the skin looks pale and sallow and our eyes are so sensitive to the sun.
Here is a list of stresses listing the most stressful first to the least;
Death of a Spouse
Divorce
Marital separation
Detention in Jail
Death of a Close Family Member
Major Personal Injury or Illness
Marriage
Being Fired
Marital Reconciliation
Retirement
Major Change In Health Or Behavior Of A Family Member

Stress is something we react to. We can train ourselves not to react. Talk to yourself logically. Ask yourself, "Is there anything I can do about this situation?" For example: If you are stuck in traffic and you are late for an appointment. The answer is no, there is nothing you can do about being stuck in traffic. Then ask yourself, "What can you do now?" You might remember that you needed to call someone, or you have that book on tape you want to listen to while you are waiting in the car. The other tool is to ask your self what is the truth. For example; You just had an argument or disagreement with someone. Instead of reacting to the situation, ask yourself, "what is the truth about this situation and about the person I am arguing with? This helps you see and understand the big picture. Then you can start analyzing the situation from a logical, grown-up, and truthful standpoint. Over time you will have learned so many new ways of dealing with life, and stress will have to find a new place to live.

The Amazing "ALOE FEROX"
I found a new product, "Aloe Ferox", commonly known as the" Tree of Balance" and the "Grandfather of all Aloe plants." It originated in South Africa. For centuries Ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Romans and the Mediterranean sailors, have used this plant for its' healing properties. Unlike the common aloe plant that we are familiar with, Aloe Ferox is twenty-two times more potent than regular Aloe Vera. It has been on the earth since creation.
Benefits of Aloe Ferox are:
-It is a pure and natural healer.
- It is non-toxic and has no undesirable side effects.
- It is a cleansing agent.
- It is a natural detoxifying agent.
- It has more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and polysaccharides than Aloe Vera.
- It is a proven immune system booster.
Here is a list of some aliments that can be improved by using Aloe Ferox:
colic * colitis * hay fever * headache * indigestion * heartburn * spastic colon * cancer * urinary tract infections * acne * prostatitis * vaginitis fistulas and inflamed cysts *hepatitis * jaundice * tonsillitis *throat infections * mouth ulcers * chronic fatigue * gingivitis * depression * stomach ulcers * constipation * intestinal parasites * arthritis * osteoporosis * under active thyroid gland * liver function * lack of energy and many more.
Aloe Ferox 180 ct. for $15
A client sent this to me, I wanted to pass it on to you.
A stock clerk was cleaning up a storeroom in Maui, Hawaii. Afterwards he was complaining that the storeroom was filthy and that he had noticed dried mouse or rat droppings in some areas. A couple of days later, he started to feel like he was coming down with stomach flu. He complained of joint aches, headaches, and began to vomit.
Within two days, he was severely ill and weak. His blood sugar count was down, and his face and eyeballs were yellow. He was rushed to the emergency where he was diagnosed to be suffering from massive organ failure. He died shortly before midnight.
No one would have made the connection between his job and his death, had it not been for a doctor who specifically asked if he had been in a warehouse exposed to dry rat or mouse droppings at any time. They said there is a virus (much like the Hanta virus) that lives in dried rat and mouse droppings. Once dried, these droppings are like dust and can easily be breathed in or ingested if a person does not wear protective gear or fails to wash face and hands thoroughly. An autopsy was performed on the clerk to verify the doctor's suspicions.
This is why it is extremely important to ALWAYS carefully rinse off the tops of canned sodas or foods, and to wipe off pasta packaging, cereal boxes, and so on. Almost everything you buy in a supermarket was stored in a warehouse at one time or another, and stores themselves often have rodents.
The investigation of soda cans by the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta discovered that the tops of soda cans could be encrusted with dried rat's urine, which is so toxic it can be lethal.
