A Note From the Queen

Dear Subscriber,

I hope you all had a relaxing 4th of July weekend. Tye, my husband suggested to the family, during Sunday night dinner, on the eve before the 4th., that we all take a relaxing trip down the American River. The next morning we woke up early, packed a lunch, water, sunscreen and made our way to the river.

Oh my gosh! It was a college frat party. We were like the old farts on the river. I brought my umbrella to shield me from the sun. I had no idea it was going to become a shield from on coming water balloons and water cannons. Eventually, we maneuvered our way through the hundreds of rubber rafts that conglomerated together the first mile or so up the river.

I didn't realize until the next day that there was quite a ruckus after we passed through. 50 people were arrested. Maybe we should have stayed behind and started preaching about colonics and health, that would of cleared the river.

What Is Killing 400% More People Than AIDS?

I am always reading health articles about this and that. And I found some interesting information that I did not know about our colons. And here I am in the business and I did not know these shocking statistics.

In the Merck Manual, which is written by top doctors in the world, and is published by one of the largest pharmaceutical manufactures, it states that colon degeneration and deterioration is rising. EVERY American will develop some type of colon cancer, tumor, polyp or disease in their lifetime. Yikes! Colon cancer kills more men than women in America. Colon cancer claims more lives than breast cancer. It actually kills 400% more people than AIDS! Wow

Diverticula are sac like herniations which penetrate through the wall of the colon and are caused by the increased pressure caused by constipation. They are filled with noxious fecal matter. When they become infected, the rotting feces erodes the surrounding mucosa. This causes blood vessels to rupture which gives way to infection.

A polyp is a tumor which grows from the bowel and protrudes into the inside of the colon. Most of these polyps have the propensity to become malignant cancer tumors.

The average American stores from six to ten pounds of fecal waste in their colon. No wonder people loose weight after doing colonics.

Parasites
They say 99% of Americans have parasites. If you examine animal food under a microscope you can easily see the numerous parasites that are contained within. It is estimated that 1 inch of Grade A beef can have up to 1000 parasite larva living within it. Surprisingly, fish is even worse. Some of their parasites are documented as being as large as earth worms. If you have regular bowel movements,2 - 3 a day, then most of these larva are passed out of the system before they are able to hatch.

However, if you are constipated, and only have a bowel movement 2 - 3 times per WEEK, then the parasite larva are able to hatch. Once they hatch, they latch onto the colon and begin to eat your backed up waste. They can even feed on the colon tissue itself. They can then get into our blood and start chewing on other organs. This is why it is so important to keep your colon clean.

Five Easy Ways to Prevent Colon Cancer

1. Eat More Fiber
It is important to eat food with fiber in it. There is NO fiber in animal food or animal by-product. Fiber makes you have a bowel movement because it creates pressure in the colon, which stimulates the colon to move out the feces quicker.

Vegetables are very high in fiber, vitamin C, folic acid and minerals. They provide you with many health benefits: Fiber in vegetables slows the absorption of fat and toxins. One of the best ways to lose weight is to eat plenty of fiber. Eating adequate fiber can help normalize cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
So you want to consume a high fiber food program which contains a lot of vegetables, nuts, grains, beans, seeds, legumes and fruit. Those are the best sources of fiber.

2. Eat plenty of vegetables: Plenty means that at least half of the food you eat (by volume) is a vegetable.
* Vegetables nourish normal gut bacteria, which in turn nourish the lining of the GI tract, produce vitamins, and inhibit yeast and other undesirable organisms.

* They speed up bowel transit time, which reduces bowel toxicity and prevents irritation of the GI lining.

* Vegetables contain folic acid, which is necessary to produce serotonin (preventing depression and overeating), increases energy and helps reduce the chances for a heart attack.

* The minerals in vegetables help prevent osteoporosis (other nutrients besides calcium are important for healthy bone). Minerals are also important enzyme cofactors. Most major functions of the body are dependent on minerals.

* Eating vegetables can reduce the instance of cancer and heart disease, increase your energy and mental clarity, reduce the problems caused by bowel and liver toxicity, help reduce the symptoms of allergies, asthma, arthritis, skin problems, digestive problems, sinusitis, chronic pain, and many other health problems.

Ideally one-half or more of the volume of the food you eat should be vegetables. Corn and potatoes don't count as vegetables. Fruit in moderation is also good for you, it is a good source of vitamin C and fiber.

Try a raw food program for a few days and you will most likely see a change in bowel movements within a few days.

3. Move your Body
Movement propagates the peristaltic action of the intestine.
This is the muscular contraction which causes a bowel movement.
You need to exercise to get the bowels moving. You need to move around!

Have you noticed when you take an animal out to exercise they usually have a Bowel Movement?

4. Drink More Liquid
Your body cannot adequately eliminate waste products without enough water. If toxic chemicals or heavy metal poisoning is at the root of your health problems, you will have a much easier time getting better when you are properly hydrated.

Of course there is controversy about which kind of water is best. Tap water can be a source of chemicals like fluorine, chlorine, and even lead. Filtered or bottled water is usually best. The water from the Artesian well in Olympia has been shown to be quite pure - and it's free.

People should consume at least 2 quarts of liquid a day, if not more. Dehydration is one of the main causes of constipation. Suggested liquids include: water, veggie juices, diluted fruit and herbal teas.
